FBI File #305-OM-5455: "The Wheelhouse Incident" (Valentine, NE)

A recovered FBI case file documenting the 1993 “Wheelhouse” incident in Valentine, Nebraska. They thought they could bury this. I wonder who Michael's friends with. 

All these years later, I still remember. 

They took my Christopher from me. They wouldn't give us details. The agents conducted a "thorough" investigation, wiped their hands, and left. I guess there were scarier crimes in larger cities, who knows?

They want to sweep this under the rug. 

I wasn't meant to see this. Neither were you.
